Before You Place Your Order

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.


How much will shipping cost?

It really depends on the item and how many you purchase.  Please see our Shipping Cost Schedule.


 When can I expect my order to arrive?

It takes me a little less than a week to paint your painting.  After that, your painting product will arrive in 7 to 12 days.  Of course, orders shipped to addresses outside the US may take longer.  


What are the sizing specs of my order?

Each collection of products has individual example paintings that show the sizes and prices available.  Depending on the orientation of your digital photo (e.g., landscape or portrait), the painting may be different from the orientation shown on the product page.  However, if the product page shows, for instance, a 24" x 18" painting (landscape orientation) and your digital photo is portrait orientation, your painting will be 18" x 24", and the price will be the same one listed.


I am having an issue placing an order!

Order Status Questions

How can I track my order?

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email that contains tracking information you may use to track your order and determine when it will arrive.


I need help with a late order.

It takes me a little less than a week to paint your painting.  Your painting then typically ships within 7 to 12 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

My tracking number isn't working.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.


Modifying or Changing an Order

I'd like to modify my order.

Because our orders are custom produced, we offer address changes for a short period of time after your order is placed. To see if your order is still eligible to be changed, contact Customer Service.


I'd like to cancel my order.

Because our orders are custom produced, we offer order cancellations for a short period of time after your order is placed. To see if your order still qualifies for cancellation, contact Customer Service.


My order is missing or defective.

We stand behind our quality and offer a 100% quality guarantee on any items purchased from our store. If your order is missing or materially defective, you can contact Customer Service to request a replacement.
